The name AWANA is an acronym, derived from 2 Timothy 2:15, that stands for this: Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed.  It is an international Bible club that teaches children to know the Bible, believe the Gospel, and grow as followers (disciples) of Jesus Christ.  You can learn more about the ministry generally at the AWANA website.

Our AWANA club begins with children at age three and extends all the way through to students entering 12th grade.  You can jump in at any point along the way:

Cubbies (ages 3-5)

Sparks (Kindergarten-2nd Grade)

Truth & Training (Grades 3-6)

C-Track (Grades 7-12)

We meet during the school year (September - May) on Tuesdays from 6:20-8:00 pm.  If you come early at 5:30 pm you can start the evening by purchasing dinner from our AWANA cafe.

Please contact our AWANA leaders at

(We have limited spaces in each AWANA age-group.  Within five days of completing the online registration form, you will receive a personalized email indicating if space is available for each child/student registered and informing you as to the minimal cost of participation.)

AWANA doesn't happen without committed volunteers, eager to reach kids with the Gospel.  Are you such a person.  If so, please first fill out this registration form, and then complete the FBC Children and Youth Worker Application process located on our Children's Ministry page.
